Delete your data

Sudoku Garden by Innovative Software Technology does not create a separate developer-managed account or upload saves to our servers. Optional Google Play Games features store achievements, scores, and synced progress with Google. You can remove local game data yourself and contact us about information you have sent to support.

Delete progress on your Android device

  1. Open Android Settings and select Apps, then Sudoku Garden.
  2. Open Storage or Storage & cache.
  3. Choose Clear storage or Clear data and confirm. Labels vary by device.

Uninstalling the game also removes its local app data. This deletes puzzle entries, notes, completed stages, unlocked journeys, settings, time played, and hint balance, including the local recovery save. It cannot be undone. Clearing only the cache does not delete your saved progress.

Delete Google Play Games data

Use Google Play Games settings to delete the individual game data for Sudoku Garden. This can remove saved progress, achievements, and scores from your Play Games profile. Follow Google's current game-data deletion instructions. You do not need to delete your entire Google account.

Cloud deletion does not clear device saves. To remove both copies, clear Sudoku Garden app storage on every device as well. Avoid syncing an older device save afterward because that can upload its progress again. Clearing local storage alone does not delete cloud progress.

Request deletion of support information

Email [email protected] with the subject “Sudoku Garden data deletion request.” Send it from the address used to contact support, and identify the request or messages you want deleted. Do not send a password or government ID.

We will use the request to locate and verify the relevant support correspondence and delete information we hold that is no longer needed. If a legal recordkeeping obligation requires retaining part of it, we will explain that limitation in our response. We cannot access or erase local saves remotely.

Information held by Google

Deleting local game data does not delete advertising or consent information already processed by Google. Manage your advertising ID through Android settings, review Ad privacy choices in the game when available, and use Google's data and privacy controls for information held by Google.
