How quickly can a team start?
Most engagements kick off within 2–3 weeks of signing. Discovery sprints can often start sooner — usually within 7 working days.
Do you work with our existing team?
Yes. Roughly half of our engagements are joint pods with the client's engineers. We integrate into your repos, your tooling, your standups — not the other way around.
Where are your engineers based?
Our HQ is in Muscat, Oman. Our delivery teams operate across the GCC and Europe to align with most working hours from the Middle East to Western Europe.
What happens after launch?
We stay on. Every project includes an operate phase — observability, incident response and a roadmap of measured improvements. You can scale this up or wind it down at any time.
Can you sign NDAs and bespoke contracts?
Yes — including MSAs, DPAs, and specific compliance addenda for regulated industries. Send us your paper or use ours.
Do you offer fixed-price work?
For well-scoped projects, yes. We typically run a paid discovery sprint first so the scope is real before either side commits to a fixed price.
