Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, optional company name, optional budget range, and your message.

Technical information. Like any website, our infrastructure processes basic request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and keep the service secure. Our site is served behind Cloudflare, which acts as a content-delivery and security proxy.

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up about your project.
• To protect the contact form from spam and abuse (see “Spam protection” below).
• To keep the website secure, available and working correctly.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses browser signals (and may process your IP address) to confirm you are a human rather than a bot. This processing is carried out by Cloudflare on our behalf and is subject to Cloudflare’s own privacy terms. We also perform a DNS lookup of your email’s domain to check it can receive mail — this does not involve any third party beyond standard DNS.

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email over our own mail server. They are stored in our mailbox so we can read and reply to them, and retained for as long as needed to handle your request and keep reasonable business records.

The marketing site does not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. Cloudflare and the Turnstile widget may set strictly necessary cookies to provide security and verify the contact form; these are required for those features to work.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data you have shared with us. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
