Contact support

Email [email protected] with your app version, Android version, device model, and a description of the problem. For a puzzle issue, include the mode and stage number. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive details.

Progress and offline play

Progress, notes, settings, time played, and hint balance are saved on your device. Use Save before leaving a puzzle. Puzzle play works offline. For cloud saves, open Settings → Google Play Games, sign in with the same profile on each device, and choose Sync progress before switching devices. Completed stages from both devices are retained; if boards differ, Recover another board offers the saved alternative. Hints and settings remain device-only. Unsynced progress cannot be restored after clearing storage or uninstalling. Play Games also provides achievements and separate leaderboards for each mode.

Optional rewarded hints

You can choose to watch a rewarded ad for one additional hint when an ad is available. A hint is added after the ad provider confirms that the reward was earned. Closing an ad before earning the reward does not add a hint. If no ad is available, you can continue solving without it.

Privacy and deletion

Read the privacy policy for information about local saves, ads, and support messages. Follow the data-deletion instructions to clear local progress or request deletion of information you sent to us.
