The only software your restaurant actually needs

An end-to-end restaurant platform: digital menus, per-table QR ordering, real-time kitchen tickets, integrated payments and live guest chat — all from a single dashboard.

The problem

Independent restaurants were stitching together a menu app, a QR ordering tool, a kitchen display, a payment terminal and a chat widget — five vendors, five logins, five invoices. They wanted one operator-friendly system that worked the moment a guest scanned a code at the table.

Our approach

  • 01

Designed a multi-tenant data model so each venue gets its own menus, tables, staff roles and audit log without operational overhead.

  • 02

Built a drag-and-drop menu builder with multi-language support, so seasonal items and translations ship in minutes, not weeks.

  • 03

Implemented real-time kitchen ticketing with status sync between table, kitchen and front-of-house — no polling, no refresh.

  • 04

Layered card and PayPal payments, role-based access and activity logging into the same dashboard so owners do not leave the product.

Outcomes

  • From scan to order

Guests order from a table QR with no app install.

  • Kitchen sync

New tickets appear in the kitchen the moment they are placed.

  • One dashboard

Menus, orders, payments, staff and chat in a single login.
