Privacy Policy

The game saves completed levels, stars, best scores, sound and haptic preferences, and selected equipment in local app storage. Verified purchase receipts are also cached locally to restore purchased features while offline. Campaign progress is not uploaded to our own server, and Google Play Games achievements are not a cloud backup of your save.

When configured and available, Google Play Games may attempt to sign you in using your Play Games profile. The game uses authentication status to enable achievements and leaderboards and sends completed-level milestones and total earned stars to Google. Your Play Games profile and scores may be visible according to your Google Play Games privacy settings. You can manage your Play Games account, visibility, and game data through Google's settings.

The game uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform to display advertising and obtain privacy choices where required. Ads include optional videos for an extra life and interstitials at level-result breaks. The Mobile Ads SDK can collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), advertising and other device/account identifiers, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic/performance data. Google uses this information to provide and measure ads, prevent fraud, and improve its services.

Ad requests depend on the consent status returned by Google's consent platform. Use Settings → Ad privacy choices to review choices when available. You can also manage or reset your advertising ID in Android settings. Purchasing Remove Ads stops automatic interstitials; choosing a rewarded video can still involve ad-related processing.

Google Play processes payments. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The game receives product identifiers, purchase status, and signed purchase information to verify and restore your entitlements. Google retains transaction records according to its own policies. Purchases are optional, permanent one-time products, not subscriptions.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond, resolve issues, and maintain necessary support records. Please avoid including sensitive information. We retain support records only as needed for support and applicable recordkeeping obligations; contact us to request deletion.

Google processes information through Play Games, Google Play Billing, AdMob, and its consent platform. Their processing may occur outside your country. We do not operate a separate gameplay analytics or advertising-data backend. Google SDK services use encrypted network connections; no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Clear Color Breaker's app storage or uninstall the game to remove its local saves and cached receipts. This does not delete Google-held purchase records or Play Games data. Use Google Play Games settings to delete the game's Play Games data, and Google account controls for data held by Google. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of information. Send requests relating to information we hold, including support emails, to [email protected].

Color Breaker is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not ask players for personal contact details or precise location in the game. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information to us can contact us to request assistance and deletion of information we hold.
