Privacy Policy

Stillwater Patience stores game progress, stars or scores, unfinished games, daily-puzzle history, unlocked content, achievement records, and settings in local app storage. Recovery copies of the save are also kept on your device. We do not upload these saves to our servers.

Where a reset control is available in Settings, it clears the categories of local data described in its confirmation. Exported backup codes remain wherever you saved them. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling removes local game data. Device or operating-system backup and restoration may also apply according to your Android settings. Consent information is stored separately by Google's consent service and is not cleared by the game's Reset progress button.

On Android, Stillwater Patience uses Google Play Games Services for sign-in and achievements. Google may sign you in automatically according to your Play Games settings; you can also sign in from Settings or the achievements screen. Google processes your Play Games identity and achievement activity to provide these features. Stillwater Patience sends achievement identifiers when locally recorded milestones are earned, such as completed games, scores, stars, and daily challenges.

Achievements earned while offline or before sign-in are synchronized from progress on this device when Play Games is available. Google stores achievements with your Play Games profile. Stillwater Patience does not operate an account server, request access to your friends list, or upload puzzle save files to Google cloud saves. The desktop and browser versions display local achievement progress without connecting to Play Games.

Reset progress clears local progress but does not revoke achievements already stored by Google. Manage your sign-in account, profile visibility, and deletion of Play Games data in Google Play Games or your Google Account settings. See Google's instructions for deleting Play Games data.

The Android game uses Google AdMob for occasional full-screen ads between completed deals. Google's User Messaging Platform obtains and manages privacy choices where required. These services may contact Google when the app opens or preloads an ad, even if you do not choose to watch a rewarded ad.

Google's mobile advertising SDK can collect and share IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, advertising and other device or account identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. This processing supports advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Stillwater Patience does not request your precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone for gameplay.

Ad requests depend on the consent status returned by Google's consent platform. When available, open the privacy section in Settings to review your choices. You can also manage, reset, or delete your advertising ID using Android settings. Ad availability and personalization depend on your choices, region, device settings, and Google's services. Interstitial ads appear at eligible breaks between finished deals, not during a move.

The desktop and browser versions do not include the Android advertising service. Browser play stores progress locally in the browser.

Google Play processes optional in-app purchases, payment details, and refunds. The game receives purchase status, product identifiers, and purchase tokens to grant or restore purchased features. These records are stored locally; we do not receive your payment-card details or operate a separate purchase-verification server.

Removing game data does not cancel or refund a Google Play purchase. Use Google Play to manage purchases and restore eligible products in the game.

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide, such as an issue description or screenshot. We use it to respond and resolve your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information.

Visiting this page involves ordinary website processing, including access logs with your IP address, request time, and requested URL. Our website privacy policy explains website processing separately.

Google processes advertising, consent, purchases, and Play Games information through its services. Our email and hosting providers process support messages and website requests to operate those services. Providers may process information outside your country. We do not operate a separate gameplay analytics backend.

Google's mobile advertising SDK encrypts data in transit. These pages use HTTPS. No network or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Local game data remains on your device until it is reset or removed as described above. Support communications are retained as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold. If information must be retained for a legal obligation, we will explain this in our response.

Google controls the retention of information processed by its services. Removing local game data does not delete information already held by Google. Use Google's privacy and account controls for that information. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing and to withdraw consent. There is no separate Stillwater Patience account to delete.

Stillwater Patience does not ask players to enter a name, email address, or date of birth in the game. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to our support team, contact us so we can assist with deletion of information we hold. Advertising-related processing is described above.
