On July 25, 2025, Mei Semones delivered a captivating live performance of “Tora Moyo” at the KEXP studio. She was accompanied by a talented ensemble featuring Ransom McCafferty on drums, Noam Tanzer on bass, Claudius Agrippa on violin, and Noah Leong on viola. The session was expertly guided by host Cheryl Waters.

The pristine audio was engineered by Kevin Suggs, with Matt Ogaz refining the mix. A dedicated camera crew, directed by Jim Beckmann (who also served as editor), alongside Carlos Cruz, Scott Holpainen, and Ettie Wahl, skillfully captured the visual essence of the performance.
